비트코인이 다시 한 번 상승세를 기록하며 지난 해 8월 이후 딱 반년만에 24000달러를 다시 한 번 터치하는 기염을 토했습니다. 바이낸스 기준 24200달러선까지 터치했던 비트코인은 현재 23600달러선을 지지하며 상승세를 치열하게 지켜내고 있는 모습인데요. 대장격 암호화폐인 비트코인의 상승세에 힘입어 이더리움도 1700달러선에 근접하는 등다른 알트코인들도 일제히 상승세를 기록중에 있습니다. 그렇다면 이런 암호화폐는 앞으로 계속된 상승세를 보일지 아니면 하락세에 접어들지 늘 그렇듯 궁금하긴 하지만 아무도 정답을 모릅니다. 하지만 몇 가지 낙관적인 흐름은 보이고 있습니다.우선 FTX라는 큰 사태가 터진 이후 세계 각국에서는 암호화폐에 대해 더욱 강한 규제를 검토 및 도입하고 있다는 점입니다. 강한 규제인데 오히려 안좋은 거 아닌가?라고 생각이 들 수도 있지만 반대로 이야기하면 일련의 사건들이 계속 터지는 암호화폐 시장을 전 세계 각국은 이제 부정하거나 거부하는 것이 아닌 인정하고 받아들여서 확실한 제도권화를 하겠다는 의미로 해석이 될 수 있습니다. 그리고 현재 세계경제의 주요 리스크 요인으로 손꼽혔던 금리인상 부분이 어느정도 예상범주 안으로 이제 움직이기 시작했다는 점입니다. 바로 어제 열린 올해의 첫 FOMC 회의에서 금리를 예상범주인 0.25%를 인상하며 그 신호탄을 쏘아올렸는데 이는 인플레이션이 다소 완화되었다는 점을 의미한다고도 볼 수 있는 만큼 암호화폐 업계에도 나쁜 소식은 아니라 볼 수 있습니다. 그리고 비트코인은 올해들어 약 40% 이상 상승하며 실물자산 중 같은 카테고리에 있다 볼 수 있는 금의 투자 수익률보다 5배를 앞서는 수익률을 기록했다는 점이 올해 암호화폐 시장 자체가 나쁘지 않게 흘러갈 것이라는 예상을 간접적으로 보여주고 있습니다. 실제로 아크인베스트먼트 캐시우드 CEO는 장기적인 관점에서 FTX의 붕괴같은 사건들이 오히려 시장에 명확한 규제를 가져오며 시장이 더 건강해진다는 의견을 밝혔고 이런 관점에서 비트코인이 50만 달러 이상 도달할 것이라는 의견을 밝히기도 했는데요. 물론 캐시우드는 비트코인의 극 낙관론자인 만큼 너무 과대해석했다고도 볼 수 있고 금리 인상율이 예상 범주 안으로 들어왔다고는 하나 Fed는 올해 금리 인상을 계속 하는 것이 적절하다는 의견을 밝히기도 했고 무엇보다 암호화폐 시장은 변동성이 심한 시장인 만큼 언제든 시장의 흐름이 바뀔 수 있다라는 리스크도 늘 존재하지만 현재까지의 흐름은 비관보다는 낙관쪽으로 조금 더 무게추가 기울어진 상태로 움직이고 있다고 볼 수 있을 것 같습니다.

And the interest rate hike, which was considered a major risk factor for the current global economy, has now begun to move within the expected category to some extent. Just yesterday's first FOMC meeting of the year raised interest rates by an estimated 0.25 percent, which is not bad news for the cryptocurrency industry, as it also means that inflation has eased somewhat. And the fact that Bitcoin has risen more than 40% this year, five times ahead of gold's return on investment in the same category of real assets indirectly indicates that the cryptocurrency market itself will not flow bad this year. In fact, Arc Investment CEO Cashwood said that events such as the collapse of FTX from a long-term perspective would bring clear regulations to the market and make the market healthier, and that Bitcoin would reach more than $500,000. Of course, Cashwood may have overinterpreted Bitcoin as a hyper-optimist and the rate of interest rate hike has come within the expected range, but the Fed said it is appropriate to continue raising interest rates this year. Above all, there is always a risk that the market may change at any time as the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile.
