유명한 암호화폐 분석가 플랜 B가 2025년에 비트코인이 50만 달러에 도달할 것으로 전망했다. 2024년 6월 5일 코인게이프에 따르면 플랜B는 엑스에 비트코인이 올해 말까지 10만 달러에 도달하고, 2025년에는 50만 달러에 이를 것으로 전망했다. 그는 2012년, 2016년, 2020년의 반감기 이후 가격 상승을 예로 들며 2024년도 비슷한 양상을 보일 것으로 예상했다. 플랜 B는 22년에 가격상승을 전망한 트윗을 공유하며 자신의 가격 전망을 다시 제시했다. 플랜B는 2024년 반감기전까지 비트코인이 상승하고 2024년 말까지 비트코인이 10만 달러까지 갈 것으로 전망했다. 또 2025년에는 S2F 모델을 기준으로 비트코인 가격이 25만 달러에서 100만 달러 범위에 있을 것이라며 목표가로 50만 달러를 제시했다. S2F모델은 기존 공급량 대비 신규공급량의 비율로 비트코인과 금 등 희귀품의 가격이 결정된다는 이론이다. 이번 반감기가 오면서 비트코인의 S2F비율은 1%보다 낮아져 1-2%인 금보다 더 희귀한 상태가 됐다.

He expects a similar pattern in 2024, citing price increases after the half-lives of 2012, 2016, and 2020. Plan B shared a tweet predicting a price increase in 22 and gave his price outlook again. Plan B predicts that Bitcoin will rise before the half-life of 2024 and that Bitcoin will reach $100,000 by the end of 2024. In addition, based on the S2F model, the price of Bitcoin will be in the range of $250,000 to $1 million in 2025, with a target price of $500,000. The S2F model is a theory that the ratio of new supply to existing supply determines the price of rare products such as Bitcoin and gold. With this half-life coming, Bitcoin's S2F ratio is lower than 1%, making it rarer than gold at 1-2%.
