암호화폐 비트코인이 최근 5만7000 달러에서 6만3000 달러 사이에서 횡보하고 있는 가운데 주요 투자자들이 다시 비트코인을 축적하고 있다는 보도가 나왔다. 2024년 8월 16일 비트코이니스트는 글래스노드를 인용해 대형 투자자 및 장기 보유자들이 현재 낮은 가격을 활용해 비트코인 매수를 강화하며 축적 추세 스코어(ATS)가 1.0에 도달했다고 전했다. 이는 강력한 매수세가 형성됐음을 의미한다. 이전에 ATS는 비트코인의 광범위한 분배 현상을 보였다. 특히 2024년 3월 최고점을 찍은 후 비트코인 보유자들이 매도를 통해 수익을 실현했다. 그러나 최근 비트코인 현물 ETF 주소에서 매수세가 확인되면서 축적 흐름이 전환됐다. 글래스노드에 따르면 지난 3개월 동안 장기 보유자(LTH)들이 보유한 비트코인은 30만 BTC 이상 증가했다. 장기 보유자와 단기 보유자의 비율은 8.7% 상승해 장기 보유자 비율이 증가하며 안정적인 가격 움직임을 만들고 있다.

While the cryptocurrency Bitcoin has recently been going sideways between $57,000 and $63,000, it has been reported that major investors are accumulating Bitcoin again. On August 16, 2024, the Bitcoinist quoted Glassnode as saying that the accumulation trend score (ATS) reached 1.0, as large investors and long-term holders used the current low prices to strengthen their purchases of Bitcoin. This means that a strong buying trend has been formed. Previously, ATS saw a widespread distribution of Bitcoin. In particular, after peaking in March 2024, Bitcoin holders realized their profits through selling. However, the recent confirmation of buying at the Bitcoin spot ETF address has shifted the accumulation trend. According to Glassnode, Bitcoin held by long-term holders (LTHs) has increased by more than 300,000 BTC in the past three months. The ratio of long-term holders and short-term holders has risen by 8.7%, increasing the ratio of long-term holders and creating stable price movements.
