이더리움 ETF를 2024년 7월 23일 출시하기 위한 작업이 착착 진행되고 있다. 블룸버그 ETF 전문 애널리스트 제임스 세이파트 등에 따르면 신청 기관들은 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)의 요청대로 2024년 7월 17일 수수료를 포함한 수정 신고서를 제출했다. 피델리티가 이더리움 현물 ETF 운용 수수료를 0.25%로 설정해 수정본을 제출했다. 블랙록도 운용 수수료를 0.25%로 수정 신청서를 제출했다. 세이파트는 “인베스코-갤럭시도 이더리움 현물 ETF 서류를 업데이트했다. 이들 상품의 운용 수수료는 이미 발표된 대로 0.25%이다”고 전했다. 세이파트에 따르면 신청 10개 중 7개는 수수료가 제로인 것으로 나타났다. SEC는 최근 신청 기관들에게 연락해 2024년 7월 17일에 수수료를 포함한 S-1 마감 서류를 제출하라고 통보했다. 그리고 2024년 7월 22일 장마감 후에 2024년 7월 23일 이더리움 ETF 출시를 위한 거래 효력을 다시 요청하라고 통보했다.

Work is underway to launch the Ethereum ETF on July 23, 2024. According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seifat and others, the applicants submitted a revised declaration including fees on July 17, 2024, as requested by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Fidelity submitted a revised version of its Ethereum spot ETF management fee at 0.25%. BlackRock also submitted an application for amendment to its operating fee at 0.25%. Seifat said, "Invesco-Galaxy also updated its Ethereum spot ETF documents. The operating fees for these products are 0.25% as already announced." According to Seifat, 7 out of 10 applications have zero fees. The SEC recently contacted the applicants and notified them to submit the S-1 closing documents, including fees, on July 17, 2024. And after the closing of the market on July 22, 2024, it notified them to request the effect of the transaction for the launch of the Ethereum ETF on July 23, 2024.
